social media + customer retention
The strategy for Wild Woven’s social media includes story design, influencer collaborations and education around natural dyeing–all focused on giving to customers. I also manage the customer retention initiatives through the newsletter (created with Flodesk,) and special customer outreach campaigns.
product management
From conception to completion, to promotion, I have handled all of Wild Woven’s product development. I coordinate with suppliers and seamstresses to develop a design plan and execution strategy. I then collaborate with content consultants Babe Creative to come up with the copy and advertising strategy for each product launch. I coordinate photography and product styling to create a cohesive, brand-aligned campaign for the website, social media, and print materials.
